Josh Logan has spent more than 22 years building and remodeling across the Phoenix area, and Logan Construction completes 50+ projects a year — kitchens, primary baths, whole-home remodels, short-term rental builds and commercial spaces.

Josh runs every project the same way: a detailed estimate before work begins, a schedule built around real lead times, and costs tracked all the way to the final walkthrough. That comes from his background in estimating, scheduling, and cost management, and his training at the Arizona Contractor License Center.

Josh stays involved in every job. He walks the space himself, prices it himself, and is the person you call when you have a question mid-project.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes. Logan Construction is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor, ROC# 319074. Josh is a graduate of the Arizona Contractor License Center and has been building in the Phoenix area for more than 22 years.

How much does a remodel cost?

Nobody can tell you online, and any contractor who tries is guessing. Price depends on the room, what is behind the existing walls, how much moves and the materials you choose. Josh walks the space, then gives you an itemised written estimate — free, and with no obligation to hire us.

Do you work on Airbnb and short-term rental properties?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do — built-in bunk beds, game rooms, garage conversions and full property remodels for rental owners across the Phoenix area. There is a page just for rental work with those projects on it.

Can you do several rooms at once?

Yes. A lot of the projects in the gallery were the kitchen, two or three bathrooms and the rooms in between, run as one project with one schedule and one person accountable. It is usually less disruptive than booking them separately.
