Most kitchens we’re called about are fighting the room — a wall in the way, an island too narrow to sit at, counters with nowhere to put anything down. We plan it around how the room is actually used, then build it.

Josh walks the room, measures it and listens to what you want changed. No cost, no obligation, and you’re talking to the contractor who would run the job.

Detailed written estimate
An itemised written estimate covering scope, materials and labour. Josh talks you through the line items before you commit to anything.
- 03
Design, selections and permits
Layout, cabinetry, counters, tile and fixtures get settled. Where the work needs city permits or HOA approval, we handle those applications and build the schedule around real lead times.
- 04
Construction and quality control
One licensed crew runs the build, with Josh overseeing the trades on site. Weekly updates keep you informed, and the site gets cleaned down at the end of each stage.

Final walkthrough and handover
We go through the finished room together and work the punch list. It isn’t finished until you’re satisfied with it, and costs are tracked through to that walkthrough.

What homeowners ask
How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
It depends on the scope and on lead times for cabinets, tile and fixtures. You get a schedule with the written estimate, built around the real lead times on your selections rather than a number picked to sound good.
Can we stay in the house while you work?
Most people do. For a bathroom it depends on whether the house has another one; for a kitchen it usually means a temporary setup somewhere else for part of the job. Josh will tell you on the walkthrough what the disruption actually looks like.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Where the work needs city permits or HOA approval, we handle those applications and build the schedule around them.
Do I need a designer first?
No. We handle the layout and help you choose cabinetry, counters, tile and fixtures. If you’re already working with a designer, we build to their drawings.
Can you give me a price online?
No, and any contractor who does is guessing. Price depends on the room, the existing plumbing and electrical, how much moves and the materials you choose. You get a detailed written estimate after the walkthrough, before anything starts.
